Malwarebytes Partner Channel Event
Date: 23rd March 2017 | Time: 12:30
Venue: Churchill War Rooms, London
Last month in the heart of London, in the iconic Churchill War Rooms where history was made, we held another successful marketing event. We hosted the Malwarebytes Partner Channel Event with an optional technical training session.
The day began with the technical training session and lunch before the main event commenced. This session was covered by Mark Phillips, UK Senior Sales Engineer at Malwarebytes and revolved around the technical elements of Malwarebytes Endpoint Security. The training covered a variety of areas such as: the installation process, an insight into the current threats and experiences and a tour of the infamous Churchill War Rooms. This was a fantastic way to start the day and generate excitement for the main event.
The Malwarebytes Channel event began at 2:45pm with refreshments and a welcome introduction from our very own Abbie Bowles-Storer, Malwarebytes Product Manager at Kite. Following on from this, Mark Phillips presented on ‘The current threat landscape and product overview, which was followed by a brief break. The presentations continued in the afternoon from one of our Directors, Kuldip Tumber on ‘How Kite can support your Malwarebytes business’ and a presentation from Abbie on ‘Partnerbytes working together to educate end users’. The day finished with a Q&A, a tour of the Churchill War Rooms for anyone who missed the earlier tour and networking, drinks and canapes.
The event proved very successful, with fantastic feedback and a lot of networking and potential business opportunities for everyone involved. Positive comments ranged from the amount of knowledge and information gained on the day to how well the event was run.
